Its still not too late.. I think im shifting the scales to PSB..

PSB cons
Bad admin
Bad facilities
Distance Learning (DL) degree
No direct hons
No subsidy..37K course fees!

.. But degree from UWA. It should be better than an SIM degree..Right?

SIM
40% gahmen subsidy
Close to bento lol
Direct hons

AH! I think i should really choose the path that i really want to take. Not some random choice.

I was in a dilemma as to whether i should further overseas or local. But now that i have secured the job from NDC (yay hahah!) i think i should really rethink SIM biomedical engineering or PSB molecular bio and biotech. Why bme? I looked thru the courses, its mainly electronics leh. I think i chose it for its location and subsidies. Goodness i really have to think hard abt my future..

Out of sheer boredom i decided to go for the valet part time job. Yes v-a-l-e-t lol. The working place was orchard central, which was offering free valet services. So i did sunday 12-11pm under some valet company which was offering a measly 5 dollars per hour. All in all i was only allowed to touch 7 cars. The list a la gone in 60s is as shown below. How I wish I can make the Lexus LS350 gone in that minute. It was sitting there for hours. But it fetched a huge tip =D
Overall tips was super. Cannot disregard beginners luck eh. Haha

1. VW Golf GTI (damn awesome for a first valet driver's first car)
2. Nissan (Latio i think)
3. Toyota (some big mpv, should have taken the Lexus mpv. grr)
4. Honda Accord Euro R. (roar! stalled 2 times but still roar! LOL)
5. Mercedes (A class i think, was a hatch)
6. Nissan Teana (damn big la. dunno for what)
7. Honda Accord
8. Lexus LS350 (no lah. i dun dare touch lol. sat as passenger to an awesome driver)

Met up with Eugene yesterday. He was back from perth for summer break. haha. Went to ps for indonesian bbq. Im having a bad throat so i had overpriced fish soup. Ok lah, maybe the soup was so much that what little fish was swimming around in it. After that went to play pool at cine. Whoa that place is damn overpriced.. peak hour 9 foot pool is 12.80/hr and snooker is 16.80! Now is a best time to put up some advert for snooker zone at toa payoh! Prices are below 10/h all the time and it opens till 3am! Woo lol.

Anyway, orchard central is an architectural marvel or disaster depends on how you view it really. Apart from its long thrilling escalators and maze like layout, it has nothing much. Perhaps not all the shops have opened. There was a lot of space everywhere. Then the shops all crammed together. Heh..Ion basement 4 alone has more 3x more people than the whole of oc.

Singapore better win in Thailand. Zomg

the agent from recruit express gave me, correction, appealed to me to sub some sick person for a temp temperature screening job. I dunno why i even took it up. Well i guess it was necessary sacrifice to probably get some job references from them..So i was at renci hospital on wed fri and today from 2-8pm. Its freaking dusty and noisy as renovations are carried out. On friday i was conned by sx to woodlands in search for a new car rental company. Walked long roads to no avail. Later played snooker, super fun and exasperating at the same time. I thought i could report for work on time. Alas there was no cab for 15mins and a jam on the expressway made me 20 mins late and $17 poorer. Lesson learnt, do not work on friday the 13th.

On a happier note, NDC called me up for an interview on thursday. I managed to find a grey G2000 (bro's) shirt hiding in my closet so i did not have to look like a waiter. It went pretty smooth and well. I hope i can get that. But it is not going to be an easy job. Haha.

8--Cathay------------------Temp Driver from 3rd - 18 dec
9--Some Gov Sector-----Lab Tech
10-NEA---------------------Environmental Health Officer

Number 10 is the sign of the times. Mosquito Killer, a diploma as prerequisite. Thats the state of diplomas now in Singapore; next to nothing. Actually i had a job offer. It was the skate company. They had enough drivers for the time being so they offered me to teach skating and after 20 sessions, i could do the teaching. I was for it at first, until tuesday night when i finally figured it would not be sustainable, (imagine 730am at woodlands or bukit batok or clementi or jurong) profitable or even stable (like confirming of lesson the day before) at this point of my life.

If you choose to do something, give it your best and do it well, or dont even bother starting
